Payments
We accept card/debit card payments through local online bank-links provided by Maksekeskus (for the clients of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop, Pocopay) and payments via Paypal.
Paypal allows payments through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit, or PayPal account balances.

Most of our items are dispatched within 1-3 business days after ordering. Some products might have a longer lead time. If so, you'll find relevant information about it on the individual product page.
Domestic delivery in Estonia is sent via Itella Smartpost or Omniva parcel locker services and your order will usually arrive 1-3 business days after dispatching.
International deliveries via Omniva (Estonian national postal service provider) and your national delivery service can take significantly longer. See our International Delivery guide below for more information.
Yes. We offer free delivery on all Estonian orders over 70€ and on international orders over 150€.

For orders within Estonia we don't send the tracking information, since orders usually get delivered within 2-3 days since dispatch. But if you haven't received your order within that time, please feel free to contact us for further information.
With international Tracked & Signed deliveries your tracking information will be sent in the shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Keep in mind that it might take some time for the tracking information to become available.
If your order hasn't yet left our studio, we are able to amend your shipping address. But if your order has already left our studio, unfortunately we will not be able to change the shipping.

If you are an international customer (from outside EU for example), you may need may to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim your parcel. These charges will depend on the country your order has been sent to and the value of the item. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Studio Mari Seger cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.
Returns & Repairs
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in its original packaging.
We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request for an exchange or return for your order, please email us at studio@mariseger.com within 14 days after receiving your order.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if something isn't quite right we're happy to exchange it for you.

We want you to enjoy your Studio Mari Seger jewellery for as long as possible and we will attempt to repair it. But please note that it might not always be possible, depending on the level of damage or the age of the piece.

We don't charge for the repair itself, but we might ask you to pay for the shipping costs.
